Training Curriculum The following SurveySolutions training curriculum is designed so that courses can be combined based on the specific needs of the individual student or group. If you have any questions concerning which options are best for you, please contact us at training@perseus.com. Foundations of Surveying is a one-day course covering all aspects of surveying: uses, terminology, the survey life-cycle, data types, analysis techniques, and more. It is offered in conjunction with the SurveySolutions Essentials and SurveySolutions/EFM courses. SurveySolutions/EFM v2 is a two-day course covering the beginning and advanced topics necessary to master our dynamic, web-based product. This hands-on course will cover the full life-cycle of survey creation, deployment, data management, and data analysis required for the completion of a successful survey project. NEW! SurveySolutions/EFM V2.0 Administration is a one-day, hands-on course on how to use and manage more advanced product features within SurveySolutions/EFM. Students in this course will learn about administrative tasks such as how to manage users, roles, and permissions within the software product. They will also have an opportunity to delve into each of the survey deployment types. This is an advanced course requiring that students have already attended a full curriculum training session. NEW! "What's New" in SurveySolutions/EFM v2.0 is a one-day, hands-on course focused on the newest features in SurveySolutions/EFM. This course can be offered at our headquarters in Braintree, MA or at your location. It is for SurveySolutions users interested in mastering the latest product features and new tools specific to v2.0. Students must have attended a previous desktop or SurveySolutions/EFM v1.45 training course. SurveySolutions Essentials is a two-day technical training course that focuses on comprehensive "core" topics needed to master SurveySolutions. Topics focus strongly on survey development and deployment. Users learn how to build on that knowledge to work with such advanced concepts as advanced branching, drilldowns, and piping data. The platform for this training is the SurveySolutions desktop product. SurveySolutions Essentials is also recommended as a prerequisite for the SurveySolutions Enterprise course.
