SurveySolutions Support Programs

SurveySolutions Standard and Professional users can choose one of the following Support Programs. The new eSupport and pSupport programs will replace the Annual Upgrade and Support Agreement.

eSupport is offered for Standard or Professional at £150 and includes,

• (10) Email cases or incidents
• (2) Business Day Response time for inquiries
• (1) Contact person per subscription
• Includes updates to Current Version only

pSupport is offered for Standard or Professional at £225 and includes,

• (10) Phone calls and (25) emails for a total of (35) cases or incidents
• (1) Business Day Response time for inquiries
• (1) Contact person per subscription
• Includes updates to Current Version only

SurveySolutions Enterprise users should contact Perseus UK for more information.

Commercial users are subject to a recurring annual license fee.
