Product and implementation training and support is available at Perseus facilities, or onsite at the customer's location.
Technical Support: Perseus is dedicated to providing its customers with the highest possible level of customer service. The company provides free technical support to all trained users of SurveySolutions software. Technicians are available by phone from 9:00am to 6:00pm GMT. Field Services: Although most of our customers prefer having Perseus host their surveys in our world-class datacenter, Perseus is available to help with onsite installation of our server software. If you choose to set up your own survey infrastructure, Perseus can help you get it set up right the first time. Our Extended Solutions team is also available for advanced integrations between our survey software and your existing enterprise applications, making it possible to pull information out of CRM, BI, and HR databases to be used as mail merge fields within surveys.
Training: Perseus offers introductory and advanced training seminars in the use of SurveySolutions products. Trainers are available to conduct public training seminars at individual Perseus facilities or onsite at client locations. Perseus also offers a variety of regularly scheduled instructor-led online sessions.
